Flat Cozy Antiques is about a lifestyle, sitting in cozy Costa Rican leather and wooden rocking chairs absorbing the view of fishing ponds and a working tree farm from an antique filled shop. We are located in beautiful East Texas between Edgewood and Wills Point, in a restructured barn built in approximately 1948. The barn has the original 20ft poles with wonderful chandeliers hanging from the rusty metal ceiling that was once the barn walls. A place where you can shop 2,400 square feet of Antiques, She Shed, and Garden Accents, and have a little fun fishing the Flat Cozy Pond next door.
